Public Notice of Intent to Sell

PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL PROPERTY OF

THE UNITED EFFORT PLAN TRUST

(Dated May 16, 2019)

Public notice is hereby given that the United Effort Plan Trust
(“Trust”) intends to sell 16 parcels of real property, as described
in the attached Exhibit A, together with improvements and
fixtures.
A more detailed description of the anticipated property sale is set
forth in the written Notice of Intent to Sell Property (Seventeenth
Round), dated May 16, 2019, (“Notice”), which has been filed In
the Matter of The United Effort Plan Trust, Case No. 053900848,
in the Third Judicial District Court in and for Salt Lake County,
State of Utah. A copy of the Notice has also been posted on the
Trust website at www.ueptrust.com.
