The UEP Trust intends to sell the Steed Sunday School Building to Washington County to be used for a library.

The United Effort Plan Trust intends to sell the Steed Sunday School Building to Washington County for $230,000.00. The court documents said that Washington County intends to renovate it into an extension of the Washington County Public Library for the people of Hildale.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL PROPERTY OF THE UNITED EFFORT PLAN TRUST

Public notice is hereby given that the United Effort Plan Trust (the "Trust") intends to sell a parcel of real property, more specifically described as follows:
    Approximately 1.14 acres located at 440 East Newell Avenue, Hildale, Washington County, State of Utah, legally described as LOT 16, SHORT CREEK SUBDIVISION #9, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE together with all improvements and fixtures.
    A more detailed description of the anticipated property sale is described in the written Notice of Intent to Sell Property (Library) dated April 7, 2016 ("Notice"), which has been filed in the case of The United Effort Plan Trust, Case No. 053900848, in the Third Judicial District Court of Salt Lake County, State of Utah.
